Terms of Service

• Create and manage professional profiles and resumes
• Use AI-powered tools to enhance resume content
• Generate ATS-optimized PDF exports
• Share public profile pages via custom URLs
• Track profile views and download analytics
• Communicate with recruiters through in-app messaging

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service
• One person may not maintain more than one account
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you submit to ProfileDocker, including resume data, profile information, and uploaded files.

License

By submitting content, you grant ProfileDocker a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service. For public profiles, this includes making your chosen information accessible via your profile URL.

Responsibility

• You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your resume and profile content
• You must not submit content that is false, misleading, defamatory, or infringes on third-party rights
• You must not upload malicious files or content

• AI-generated content (summaries, enhancements, ATS analysis) is provided as suggestions only
• You are responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated content before use
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content
• AI features use third-party providers (OpenAI) subject to their own terms of service

• Recruiter accounts are granted via invite code and provide additional features (shortlisting, candidate search)
• Recruiters must use the platform in good faith and respect candidate privacy
• Recruiters may not scrape, bulk-download, or redistribute candidate data
• Misuse of recruiter privileges may result in account termination

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Use the Service to distribute spam, malware, or harmful content
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service

• We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access
• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice
• Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible

ProfileDocker is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We are not responsible for the outcome of job applications made using resumes created on our platform
• We are not liable for any loss of data beyond our reasonable control
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim

• You may delete your account at any time by contacting support
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
• Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy
